Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years IT experience with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Travel, tourism, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, cloud computing, virtualization, and security.
• Experience managing firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network security.
• Familiarity with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, online booking systems, CRM, and accounting software.
• Experience in website administration, DNS management, hosting, SSL, and mail systems.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, access control, and IP/PBX.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL, AWS, or Azure) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, networks, internet connectivity, and cloud services.
• Ensure maximum uptime, security, and performance of all business systems.
• Manage IT operations for the head office and all branch offices.
• Supervise the installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software.
• Administer Microsoft 365, company email accounts, user access, and Active Directory.
• Oversee CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, access control systems, and IP/PBX telephone systems.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including antivirus protection, firewalls, data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance to all departments, including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Visa Processing, and Product Development.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, internet service providers, software providers, and

• Prepare and manage the annual IT budget while ensuring cost-effective technology investments.
