Job summary

Our Clients in Makati City is seeking a Technology and Cybersecurity Governance Manager to lead security governance and resilience engagements. You will manage delivery, tailor methodologies, and guide teams to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engagement leaders and client stakeholders. The position requires 5+ years in security governance or related consulting, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in business consulting, IT assurance, technology risk, or resilience management.
Strong knowledge of information security, cybersecurity governance, IT controls, and risk frameworks.
Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead low- to medium-complexity consulting engagements focused on security and governance.
Tailor work programs and deliverables to client requirements and environments.
Oversee project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Provide technical guidance and conduct briefings for engagement teams.
Manage client expectations and coordinate with partners and stakeholders.
Coach and mentor team members to improve capabilities and performance.
Support business development and other consulting initiatives when required.
