Job summary

Ark One Solutions Inc. is hiring for Account Representative / Account Specialist roles across Luzon, Cebu, and Davao. The positions are full-time and hybrid, offering a base salary of ₱30,000–₱50,000 per month plus incentives for successful sales.

You will manage client relationships, qualify opportunities, and drive revenue through the complete sales cycle. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT sales or related roles, proven revenue achievement, and strong negotiation and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT sales, account management, business development, or related tech sales experience.
• Experience selling IT solutions and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned client accounts and drive revenue, sales, and pipeline targets.
• Develop relationships with client decision-makers and IT leaders.
• Identify opportunities for IT solutions and managed services.
• Lead commercial negotiations while protecting revenue and margins.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity values.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from close to delivery.
