Roman Health Pharmacy LLC is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for our Noida office. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across technology roles, partner with hiring managers, and drive sourcing through LinkedIn and other channels.

You will build pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and contribute to a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for Technology and IT technical positions.
• Strong background in both niche skill hiring and high-volume recruitment environments.
• Experience promoting employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn and other social media platforms to enhance talent attraction.
• In-depth expertise in sourcing strategies, including technical and specialized talent acquisition.
• Solid understanding of social media recruitment tools and networking platforms.
• Proven success in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, stakeholder management, and offer negotiations.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities, with sufficient technical aptitude to support hiring for IT and technology-related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional presence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, recruitment analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with reporting manager to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities for each position.
• Develop and publish job postings across job boards, ATS, and other sourcing avenues.
• Stay informed on recruiting trends, assessment methodologies, and best practices to evaluate candidates.
• Establish relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Leverage job boards, networks, social media, and sourcing platforms to identify qualified talent.
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and retention.
• Review resumes, conduct assessments and interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and negotiate offers.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Utilize diverse sourcing techniques to attract high-quality IT talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruiting data in ATS.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, identifying challenges and improvements.
