Job summary

Lean Solutions Group (LSG) is hiring an IT Project Manager to orchestrate software deployments, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful rollouts across enterprise environments. You will coordinate development, QA, infrastructure, and business units to meet tight deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of direct project management experience handling software rollouts, integrations, or migrations.
• Experience designing, staging, and managing beta tests, pilot programs, or UAT cycles.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management frameworks.
• Proficient with Jira/Confluence/Asana or MS Project for tracking and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize software deployment projects on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from staging to production.
• Identify deployment risks and implement mitigation strategies across the lifecycle.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go readiness reviews with key decision-makers.
• Design and manage beta tests and UAT cycles with representative cohorts.
