Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of direct project management handling software rollouts, integrations, or migrations.
• Testing lifecycle: design, staging, and management of beta tests, pilot programs or UAT cycles.
• SDLC familiarity and deployment pipelines, including core CI/CD concepts.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
• Hands-on with project management and issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or MS Project.
• Ability to define scope, deliverables, timelines, risks, and Go/No-Go criteria.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize software deployment projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Define scope, milestones, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, QA, infrastructure, and business units.
• Identify deployment risks, implement mitigations, and manage bottlenecks.
• Lead deployment readiness reviews and Go/No-Go decision meetings.
