Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Project Manager in the Philippines. The role focuses on organizing people and resources to drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and scope.

Responsibilities include defining project strategy, leading cross-functional teams, managing risks and stakeholder communications, and reporting status to executives. Requires 3+ years PM experience in IT and familiarity with SDLC methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years in IT with 3+ years in Project Management.
• Experience managing web and mobile apps; deployment and release management.
• Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master or similar are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize people and time resources from inception to completion.
• Define strategy and plans including team structure, processes and stakeholder involvement.
• Lead projects from requirements through deployment with schedule, scope and budget management.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Monitor execution against plan using metrics (EVM) and manage risks.
• Report project status to management and customer stakeholders.
• Manage risks, stakeholder relationships, and client expectations throughout the project life cycle.
