Job summary

NCS Philippines in Ortigas, Pasig City, is seeking a Project Manager (Mid - Agile/Scrum) to lead technology projects using Agile and Scrum. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and ensure delivery within agreed parameters.

The role requires 5-8 years in project management with strong Agile knowledge and stakeholder engagement. Certifications such as CSM or PMP are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology projects using Agile/Scrum.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Certifications such as CSM or PMP are advantageous.
• Excellent communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in ICT sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams delivering technology projects with Agile/Scrum.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and teams for transparency.
• Manage scope changes with approval from stakeholders.
• Track metrics and produce status reports for management/clients.
• Mentor and support team members to foster collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
