NCS Group in the Philippines seeks a skilled Project Manager to organize teams and resources from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes. You will drive strategy, planning, and execution across web and mobile projects, with emphasis on stakeholder alignment and risk control.

Responsibilities include managing project P&L, coordinating cross-functional teams, and mentoring Scrum Masters while delivering measurable results in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years in IT with 3+ years in Project Management.
• Experience with SDLC (Waterfall), Scrum, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in deployment and release management for web and mobile apps.
• Certifications (PSM/CSM/PMP) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Organize people and time resources to guide projects from inception to completion.
• Define strategy and plan including work plan, team structure, and stakeholder involvement.
• Lead projects from requirements to deployment with risk mitigation and schedules.
• Manage the project P&L and financial performance.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Monitor execution using metrics (EVM) and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage risk, stakeholder relationships, and client expectations throughout the project.
• Mentor the Scrum Master and support cross-functional teams.
