Job summary

Shearwater Health in the Philippines seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise IT projects from planning through delivery at our Taguig site. You will coordinate with IT and business leaders, ensure timelines, manage resources and budgets, and drive productivity while delivering quality services.

The role requires at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT, 8–10 years of PM experience, and PMP/BM certifications; strong communication and tech savviness are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• PM/BM Certification; PMP Certification a plus.
• Experience in successful implementation of global and enterprise-wide projects.
• Knowledge of Cloud Technology & various platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical skills and tech savviness.

The responsibilities of an IT Project Manager are outlined but not limited to the following:

• Ensure that all IT Projects are managed within the Project timelines managing time and resources within the Project charter.

• Build in Productivity, Process efficiency, quality service delivery assessing Project lifecycle end to end.

• He will be responsible and accountable in effectively managing IT Projects by coordinating & collaborating with various IT & Enabling leadership teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field

• At least 8 – 10 Years’ experience IT Project Management Role

• Certification on PM/BM; PMP Certification a plus

• Experience in successful implementation in global and enterprise-wide project
