Job summary

Continental Manila seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Integrity and Law IT initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensure alignment with global IT standards, and manage cross-functional teams across regions.

Responsibilities include service management, governance, vendor coordination, and IT provisioning to support strategic business applications such as CORE, Asterix, and Compliance Hotline. Fluency in cross-cultural collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT application operations or project delivery.
• Proven international project experience, > €200,000.
• Experience leading teams without direct authority.
• Strong ability to collaborate across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Steer complex Integrity and Law IT projects from start to finish.
• Plan, execute, and deliver high‑quality outcomes on time and budget.
• Coordinate with external partners for lifecycle and support.
• Lead provisioning and ensure compliant IT systems (CORE, Asterix).
• Provide IT strategy guidance to management and users.
• Improve IT governance, policies, and cost controls.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage external providers.
