Job summary

ContiTech Manila seeks an IT Project Manager responsible for developing, provisioning, implementing and supporting Integrity and Law applications. This role leads complex IT projects, collaborates across functions, and drives governance and cost controls.

You will coordinate with external partners, ensure SLA adherence, and guide cross‑functional teams across international contexts to achieve strategic IT goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT application operations or project delivery.
• Led international projects with budget > €200,000.
• Experience leading teams or initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong background working with international, cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Steer and manage complex Integrity and Law IT projects through lifecycle.
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Develop stakeholder communication plans for transparency and alignment.
• Lead project teams and foster teamwork.
• Coordinate with external partners to manage application lifecycle and support.
• Ensure service levels and governance across IT operations.
