CIM Technologies Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator – IT to support planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects, system integration, application development, and technology deployment.

You will work with technical teams, project managers, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, with strong documentation, reporting, and coordination of UAT and handovers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in project coordination, system integration, project support, preferably in IT, software, or systems integration.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Basic understanding of SDLC, system integration, and software testing/UAT.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Coordinate with technical teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue/risk logs.
• Monitor project progress and escalates risks, blockers, and delays.
• Coordinate UAT, stakeholder feedback, training, and project handover.
• Support procurement, software licensing, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals, and project updates.
