Job summary

IT By Design Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to support technical projects in an MSP setting. You will coordinate schedules, milestones, and documentation while collaborating with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors across international teams.

The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a global environment while aligning with US Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably IT/MSP.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, and client engagements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for international clients and technical teams.
• Familiarity with PM tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, ConnectWise or similar.

About the role

IT By Design is looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator to support the delivery of technical projects in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. You will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, clients, and vendors to coordinate project schedules, track milestones, manage documentation, and keep multiple projects moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating technical teams and communicating with international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, task assignments, and delivery milestones.


• Coordinate multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring tasks and deliverables stay on schedule.


• Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, clients, and vendors to align requirements and priorities.


• Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, and changes in scope or timelines.


• Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and follow up on action items.


• Maintain project documentation, schedules, reports, and trackers.


• Support project testing, quality checks, implementation, and go-live activities.


• Identify potential delays or issues and escalated them to the Project Manager as needed.


• Help ensure projects meet agreed requirements, timelines, and client expectations.

About you

• Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, or client engagements simultaneously.
