CIM Technologies Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Project Coordinator – IT to support planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects, system integration, application development, and technology deployment.

You will work with technical teams, project managers, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will maintain documentation and track milestones, while supporting procurement and UAT activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/BA or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, IT or systems integration.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Track project tasks, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue/risk logs.
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks, blockers, and delays.
• Coordinate UAT, stakeholder feedback, training, and project handover.

• Prepare client presentations, proposals, and project updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in project coordination, system integration, project support, preferably in IT, software, or systems integration.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Basic understanding of SDLC, system integration, and software testing/UAT.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in AEC, Autodesk, or software/technology projects.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Azure/AWS, APIs, or cloud technologies.
• Experience coordinating with software vendors or resellers.
• CAPM or similar project management certification is an advantage.
