Job summary

Lennor Group in Makati City is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Submarine program in the IT/ICT sector. You will support the Project Manager, coordinate resources, tasks and information to keep projects organized and moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a degree in business or engineering and 3–5 years in similar roles, with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–5 years’ work experience as Project Coordinator in IT/ICT/Telco and related business experience.
• At least two years in a technical or functional leadership role.
• Exposure to resource management, accounting systems, reporting systems and business processes.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and project lifecycles.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook; familiarity with PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Project Manager(s) in daily duties.
• Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Organize meeting logistics between team members, and between team members and customers.
• Assist Project Manager (PM) in recording minutes and maintaining project notes.
• Assist PM in ensuring project schedules are adhered to.
• Coordinate with Finance re procurement and billing of subcontractors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned may be related to your role in the company.
