Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in subsea cable systems with route design and project delivery.
• Experience with budgeting, contracts, and cross‑functional leadership.
• Proven ability to coordinate across time zones and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of submarine cable landings and interconnection facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead submarine cable project implementation from feasibility to service.
• Review cable route design, planning, surveys, and risk management.
• Develop long‑term partnerships with vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Manage budgets, billing milestones, and cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate with procurement, legal, and executive leadership.
