Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ yrs experience in project coordination, IT support, software implementation, or related roles is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of software development and API integration concepts.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate software customization and API integration projects from planning to deployment.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
• Track issues, risks, and change requests and escalates when necessary.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, testing activities, deployments, and project rollouts.
• Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support post-deployment monitoring and client follow-ups.
