Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc in Cebu City seeks an IT Project Coordinator to join the PMO. You will coordinate planning, execution, and completion of IT projects across software, infrastructure, and cloud initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

You will maintain project plans, status reports, and dashboards, track milestones and risks, and collaborate with developers, security, QA, and business stakeholders. Strong SDLC and Agile/Hybrid experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT project coordination or PMO.
• Experience coordinating software development, infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity projects.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/ Scrum/ Waterfall/ Hybrid methods.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Strong project documentation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions with escalation when needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, infra, network, security, QA, and stakeholders.
• Organize project meetings, sprint ceremonies, and document key decisions.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and governance documentation.
• Assist in resource planning, task assignments, and workload coordination.
• Monitor budgets, procurement requests, licenses, and vendor deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and PM methodologies.
• Support system implementations, cloud initiatives, and tech deployments.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes.
