Job summary

DMCI Homes is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead enterprise initiatives across software, infrastructure, and digital transformation. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, budgeting, risk management, and governance compliance in a hybrid work setup.

The successful candidate will coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and service providers to ensure timely delivery, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement through structured reporting and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• At least five years of IT project management experience leading cross-functional teams on enterprise systems, software, infrastructure, integration, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in budgeting, vendor management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting.
• Knowledge of predictive, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, dependencies, and quality standards.
• Leads project kick-off meetings and coordinates with Project Teams, Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and Process Owners to establish objectives, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitors project performance against approved plans and implements recovery actions to address delays, risks, and deviations.
• Ensures compliance with approved project management standards, company policies, and IT governance requirements.
• Maintains project risk, issue, assumption, and dependency registers and coordinates mitigation measures.
• Evaluates proposed project changes, assesses impact, and secures approval before modifying baselines.
• Coordinates with internal departments, technical teams, vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manages project resource requirements and resolves competing priorities and resource constraints.
• Provides project updates, recommendations, and escalations to the Senior IT Manager and stakeholders.
• Develops project budget estimates and forecasts; monitors expenditures and variances; coordinates vendor cost evaluations and negotiations.
• Coordinates end-to-end technology implementation and systems integration; facilitates architecture reviews, testing, deployment readiness, and turnover to support teams.
• Prepares project dashboards and status reports; monitors performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality; maintains documentation and escalates significant deviations.
• Coordinates change management, user communications, training, and adoption activities; leads lessons-learned reviews and process improvements.
• Ensures documented acceptance, operational readiness, and handover of project documentation and support requirements.
