Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an IT Program & Project Manager to drive complex programs through disciplined project management and change management strategies. The role involves planning, organizing, and controlling resources, with cross-functional collaboration across teams and vendors.

You will manage budgets, report on cost and staffing, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Hybrid setup in the Philippines requires US-hours availability and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 - 4 years experience in Project Management field, required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Intermediate knowledge in using Planview (Project and Portfolio Management tool) preferred
• Have financial acumen and experience in managing/controlling project budgets up to USD 500K preferred
• Presentation skills required; must demonstrate clear, concise articulation of proposed plans
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and conclude a project
• Willing to work US hours in a hybrid set up (BGC)

Responsibilities

• Initiates, plans, executes, monitors, controls and closes projects.
• Monitors performance and recommends scope, schedule, budget or resource adjustments.
• Communicates project status (health, forecast, issues, risks) to stakeholders.
• Balances competing constraints to manage project success.
• Develops and maintains integrated deployment plan spanning multiple workstreams.
• Leads go-live support to identify, track, and resolve risks and issues.
