DMCI Homes is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Makati. The role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering ERP and non-ERP projects, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure objectives are met.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in IT project management, knowledge of predictive, Agile, and hybrid approaches, and is open to certification advantages. Hybrid work setup supports collaboration across teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, Eng, or related field.
• 3+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience in ERP and non-ERP projects, budgeting, vendor coordination, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of predictive, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) are an advantage but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones and quality standards.
• Coordinates with Process Owners, Business Analysts, technical teams and stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Monitors progress and recommends corrective actions to address delays or deviations.
• Ensures compliance with PM standards, company policies and IT governance.
• Identifies and mitigates risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies and coordinates actions.
• Coordinates with internal departments, vendors, consultants and service providers for timely delivery.
• Prepares cost estimates, forecasts and monitors expenditures and budget variances.
• Coordinates testing, deployment readiness and turnover to operations.
