Job summary

Cardinal Health Philippines is seeking an IT Program & Project Manager to lead complex programs within the Technology Strategy & Execution group. You will drive cross-functional teams, develop deployment plans, and coordinate resources to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 2–4 years of PM experience, Planview and MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work US hours in a hybrid setup. Strong communication and budgeting skills are essential to align projects with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Planview experience preferred.
• Financial acumen; budget management up to USD 500K preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Willing to work US hours in a hybrid setup (BGC).

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close projects.
• Monitor performance and adjust scope, schedule or budget.
• Prioritize tasks and report project status to stakeholders.
• Balance constraints to drive project success.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and build relationships.
• Lead go-live support and risk mitigation.
