The role provides technical support for hardware, software, networks, servers, and business applications, while assisting in system administration, backups, and security maintenance. Flexibility for fieldwork and emergency IT tasks is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Programming, or related field; vocational/associate/college level may be considered.
• At least 1 year of experience in program development, data analysis, and/or IT support.
• Knowledge of programming, software installation, hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, and database management.
• Familiarity with printers, peripherals, IT inventory, and system support.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and willing to perform fieldwork and technical tasks.
• Willing to work flexible hours for IT support or emergencies.
