Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati invites an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategy and roadmap for internal IT applications and digital solutions that support business operations.

You will collaborate with audit, tax, advisory, and corporate stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and maintain the product backlog with a focus on delivering value using Agile methods. Night shifts may be required for some deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
• 5+ years in product ownership, business analysis or IT project management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal IT applications and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with audit, tax, advisory, and corporate stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Work with project managers, developers, QA, UX and vendors to deliver technology solutions using Agile methods.
• Review user stories, define acceptance criteria, and participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
