Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an IT PMO Lead to own and mature the IT PMO and related governance, portfolio management, demand management, and KPI disciplines. This role reports to IT Steering Committee and ensures a single view of IT work across Run, Grow and Transform initiatives.

Responsibilities include establishing standards consumed by Delivery, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security, and delivering executive-ready reports with potential automation via Jira, Tempo, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in IT, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in IT project/program management; PMO leadership exp.
• Experience maturing PMO, portfolio and demand management.
• Strong mix of Agile/Scrum and traditional/waterfall delivery.
• Experience reporting IT KPIs; familiarity with dashboards.
• PMI/SAFe certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own IT PMO governance, standardization, and review cadences.
• Maintain a consolidated IT project view across Run/Grow/Transform.
• Lead demand management via standardized intake and Jira portal.
• Develop KPI definitions and quarterly ITSC reporting.
• Support governance cadence and reporting for steering committees.
• Collaborate with IT functions and stakeholders for prioritization.
