Job Summary

The Supervisor, IT Operations is responsible for monitoring the daily operations of the Alabang Block IT Ops Team and ensuring activities are carried out efficiently and in line with established policies and procedures.

This is an entry-level professional supervisory role that receives structured assignments which are process-driven and subject to moderate review and control.

The role involves directing team members on the appropriate course of action, resolving routine operational issues of limited scope, and contributing to cost management within the assigned unit or sub-unit.

Operational Supervision

• Monitor and oversee the daily operations of the Alabang Block IT Ops Team.
• Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with established procedures.
• Track day-to-day activities to maintain service continuity and team productivity.

Team Guidance and Support

• Direct subordinates on the proper course of action based on established policies and standard operating procedures.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, clarification, and support to team members.
• Help ensure the team follows approved workflows, escalation paths, and service standards.
• Address operational issues of limited scope using standard practices and procedures.
• Analyze routine situations or data where answers can be readily obtained from existing guidelines.
• Escalate more complex or non-standard issues to the appropriate leaders when needed.

Process Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational controls, and IT procedures.
• Support consistency in execution across the team through structured monitoring and follow-up.
