Job summary

INFOSYS BPM LIMITED Philippine Branch is hiring for an IT Service Desk role in Alabang, Muntinlupa. You will handle 1st line technical support across calls, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction in a busy BPO setting.

Ideal candidates have 12+ months of IT Service Desk experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and ticketing tools. This is an on-site role with shifts at the Alabang office.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any degree; undergraduates eligible with compensatory BPO experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken, written, reading).
• At least 12 months IT Service Desk experience; international voice support preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ticketing tools; basic OS and network concepts.
• Experience with remote support and incident handling within ITIL framework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via calls; resolve queries following SOPs to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide 1st level technical support and service restoration; fulfill service requests.
• Document issues; perform initial problem analysis and escalate as needed.
• Adhere to program processes and meet KPIs/SLAs; work shifts as required.
