Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day IT services, resolve incidents, and ensure SLAs are met across hardware, software, and networks. You will lead an IT team, coordinate workloads, and collaborate with departments and vendors to drive improvements.

In this role you will maintain IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud platforms, endpoints, and security solutions, ensuring policy compliance and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 5+ years in IT operations, support or infra administration.
• At least 1 year leading an IT support team.
• Experience with M365, Active Directory, networking, cloud tech, and ITSM tools.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and resolve hardware/software/network/system issues while meeting SLAs.
• Supervise and mentor IT team, coordinate workloads, provide guidance, and evaluate performance.
• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, M365, AD, cloud platforms, endpoints, and security.
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and cross-functional teams on IT initiatives and upgrades.
• Oversee IT documentation, asset management, software licensing, and reporting; ensure compliance and security.
