Sagility in Iloilo, Enterprise OnePhilippines, is seeking an IT Associate Manager to oversee timely and efficient delivery of IT services and enhance overall customer satisfaction. The role requires hands-on IT leadership and a strong track record in IT management.

Responsibilities include network engineering, systems administration, incident and problem management, policy development, staff training, regular audits, and coordinating with vendors and clients to ensure service quality and uptime.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT management with at least 1–2 years in a team lead/managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer applications, BE or B.Tech, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture and IT service delivery.
• Experience with Mac, Linux and Windows platforms; cloud and VDI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service delivery and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Lead IT team, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Run regular checks on network and data security and system health.
• Develop IT policies and training programs for staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients; manage major IT projects and outages.
