Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support/Applications Administrator to provide end-user support for core business applications, including MS Office and ERP systems. The role involves creating templates, training, and ensuring smooth operation of T100 and related databases.

The candidate should have Linux/Windows OS administration, Windows installation, and familiarity with virtualization and basic networking. Occasional travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• OS administration for Linux and Windows environments.
• Windows OS installation and configuration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, hypervisors).
• Basic networking, security and infrastructure knowledge.
• Familiarity with ERP and MES systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide applications support to end users (e.g., MS Office, Windows, ERP - T100, sql/Oracle database).
• Assist in creating report templates and T100 customization; training may be provided.
• Primary end user support for applications like M365, Crowdstrike, ERP - T100.
• Hardware and software support; troubleshoot and train users on applications.
• Handle Purchase Requisition creation and liaise with vendors.
• Assist IT Manager in project management and IT documentation.
• Complete ad hoc tasks as delegated by IT Manager.
• Travel to site for on-site support as required.
