Job summary
Anradus Pte. Ltd. Singapore is seeking an Application Support Executive on a 1-year contract.
You will support users through remote tools, phone calls and email, check transactions and troubleshoot system issues, and monitor system functions. You will investigate settlement discrepancies and make corrections, assist with software upgrades and perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL.
- Experience using remote support tools is an advantage.
- Clear communication by phone and email.
- Candidates without relevant experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
