The role expands beyond APAC support and involves collaboration on IT projects, cloud infrastructure enhancements, and rigorous user assistance. You will lead new employee setups, manage user terminations, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across platforms including Mac devices.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations and support, including user provisioning and onboarding/offboarding.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure projects and IT-related management tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and clients and contribute to IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT user support across the organization, including onboarding and first-day setups.
• Lead IT-related projects and contribute to cloud infrastructure initiatives.
• Manage user terminations and maintain internal documentation for operations.
• Support end-user devices including Mac and Windows, with ongoing security hygiene.
