Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, routers, and switches.
• Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and email systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
