Job summary

Chroma Hospitality and Grafik Pine House Baguio seek an IT Team Leader to ensure smooth IT operations across hotel systems, security, and user training. The role supervises IT staff, coordinates hardware maintenance, and drives technology improvements under the IT Manager.

The ideal candidate will manage POS, PMS, and accounting integrations, oversee backups and access controls, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating IT in hospitality or similar environments.
• Knowledge of hotel IT systems and security.
• Ability to supervise IT staff and coordinate scheduling.
• Experience with data backups, access control, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain major hotel systems including PMS, POS, Business Central Accounting, IVVY S&C, Golf CMS & Online Booking, and IT infrastructure components.
• Ensure system security, data backups, and proper access control.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet issues across the hotel IT stack.
• Manage IT assets, server performance, antivirus updates, and system patches.
• Support digital signage, guest internet services, and telephony systems.
• Supervise IT staff scheduling, performance, and discipline.
• Assist in IT project implementation and recommend technology improvements.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, emergency procedures, and service standards.

Position Summary:

In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality and Grafik Pine House Baguio, under the supervision of the IT Manager, the IT Team Leader assists in the smooth functioning of IT Department. Coordinates and establishes hardware maintenance, application programs and procedures in case of system interruptions. Ensures security of data storage and protection, implementation and training of users on the systems and equipment.
