CXC Global Hong Kong Limited in Metro Manila seeks an IT Specialist to design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure across internal and client systems, ensuring security and reliability. Shift Schedule: 8am-5pm PHT
Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure platforms to ensure secure, stable, and efficient operations across internal and US client systems.
Monitor system performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and recommend capacity, performance, and reliability improvements.
Support infrastructure planning, procurement coordination, and budget justification.
Research, propose, and implement innovative technology solutions and continuous platform enhancements.
Deploy system integrations, automation scripts, and optimize operational tools.
Ensure infrastructure security through monitoring, threat analysis, incident response, and preventive controls.
Lead resolution of complex security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
Support business continuity planning (BCP), drills, and compliance or audit requirements.
Document incidents, solutions, and best practices to strengthen operational resilience and security posture.
Qualifications & Experience:
CCNA required; CCNP or equivalent advanced networking certification strongly preferred.
Has 4 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in networking with hands‑on project involvement.
Strong expertise in Cisco (ASA, IOS, switches), Huawei networking, and core network technologies (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPNs, firewalls).
Experience managing medium‑sized networks, with solid problem‑solving and project management abilities.
Hands‑on experience with IT systems, including Windows Server (basic), Linux (Ubuntu preferred), and advanced networking platforms such as Cisco (ASA, IOS, switches) and Huawei.
Strong foundation in networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, and common protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
Solid understanding of network security concepts such as ACLs, IDS, IPSec, and traffic optimization (QoS, latency management). Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment while delivering high-quality service. Strong problem‑solving skills with a willingness and ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
Project management experience, including participation in at least one project lasting six months or more.
