Job summary

Filinvest Development Corp. seeks a Network Supervisor to oversee daily network operations, ensuring availability, security, and performance of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and data center services. You will guide the network team and coordinate incidents, changes, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities include supervising routers, switches, wireless APs, maintaining diagrams and SOPs, and managing vendor relationships. A strong focus on continuity, DR planning, and reporting is required.

Qualifications

• CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking certifications.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and data center networks.
• Strong knowledge of network security and incident management.
• Ability to develop SOPs and maintain accurate network documentation.
• Experience in vendor and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, Internet, VPN, and data center network services.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.
• Ensure minimal downtime and rapid response to network incidents.
• Review and approve network maintenance activities and change requests.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate Network Engineers and Network Associates.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skills development programs.
• Oversee configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, and wireless access points; ensure firmware updates.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams and technical documentation.
• Prepare management reports, project updates, and operational status reports.
• Develop and update SOPs and MOPs.
• Conduct regular inventory audits of network assets.
• Manage relationships with telecom providers and technology vendors.
• Evaluate vendor performance and service-level commitments.
• Coordinate support contracts, warranties, and service escalations.
• Assist in preparing network-related budgets and procurement plans.
• Plan future capacity and infrastructure requirements.
