Job summary

SUDECO Polytechnic Integrated College Inc. in Manila is seeking an IT/MIS Manager to oversee core IT infrastructure, networks, Google Workspace, and cybersecurity while managing HRIS and website updates.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT and 2–3 years of MIS/IT management experience in an educational setting are preferred. The role is based at Recto Avenue, Quiapo, Manila, with training in Makati; work is Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in an MIS or IT management role in an educational setting preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of network administration, systems infrastructure, cybersecurity, and HRIS platforms.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and evaluate staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and direct daily activities for IT/MIS staff.
• Oversee core IT infrastructure, networks, school portals, Google Workspace, and communication platforms; ensure cybersecurity and data privacy compliance.
• Manage HRIS, timekeeping, recruitment, and performance modules; oversee website design and updates.
