Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or Digital Media and Interactive Arts or equivalent IT field.
• Must possess a Master’s Degree relevant to IT, Digital Systems, Educational Technology, or Technology Management (MIT, MCS, MIS, EM, MBA-Technology, Data Science/Cybersecurity).
• Experience in a college/university setting is highly preferred.
• Minimum three to five years of progressively responsible professional experience in web development, networking, technical support, and related IT areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the institution’s digital infrastructure and university web systems.
• Manage multimedia, marketing technology operations, and campus-wide technical support services.
• Strengthen branding, online visibility, and digital transformation aligned with higher education standards.
• Maintain cybersecurity, online learning support systems, and responsive technical services for staff and students.
• Lead institutional websites, student information systems, and cloud-based applications.
