Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
CASTO TRAVEL PHILIPPINES, INC. seeks an IT Manager to own and enhance the technology ecosystem, driving integrated, efficient and scalable solutions. You will lead adoption of AI, automate processes, and build dashboards across Power BI, SharePoint, and related platforms.
You will implement system integrations, manage vendors, improve data visibility, and deliver training to teams while hands-on in building and deploying solutions.
If you enjoy building systems, connecting platforms, automating processes, creating dashboards, and using technology—including AI—to solve real business problems, this role may be for you.
As our IT Manager, you will take ownership of our technology ecosystem and help make our systems more integrated, efficient, scalable, and user-friendly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Evaluate, improve, and optimize business systems such as Deem, Concur, Apollo/Galileo, Zoho, and related platforms.
Manage system integrations across GDS, Online Booking Tools (OBTs), CRM, accounting, and other business platforms.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Evaluate and implement practical AI solutions for internal operations and client deliverables.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
Improve data visibility and establish reliable sources of information for reporting and workflows.
Directly build, configure, and implement systems, workflows, integrations, and automations.
Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and problem resolution from identification through implementation.
Assess and improve data protection, access control, cybersecurity, and compliance practices.
Manage technology-related vendors and external partners when needed.
Oversee system builds and updates and provide technical support to internal teams.
Develop training materials and help employees effectively use new and existing systems.
The role is hands-on—you will not simply recommend solutions. You will be expected to build, implement, improve, and own the solutions.
