Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, systems, and helpdesk support.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives (e.g., migration to cloud, process automation, system integration).
• Develop and implement IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
• Manage IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee hardware and software procurement, vendor management, and IT budget.
