Job summary

IT Managers Inc. in Cebu City is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Information Systems Manager to oversee information systems, IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, vendors, and IT operations.

You will lead the IT team, manage the budget, and coordinate with business units to align IT solutions with strategic goals. Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive security, compliance, and reliable technology services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of IT experience in infrastructure, information systems or network operations.
• Experience in an IT leadership or managerial role.
• Knowledge of servers, storage, cloud, virtualization, and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless networks and firewalls.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, access controls, encryption and intrusion detection.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA or GDPR.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in team management, vendor coordination and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise information systems and document management systems
• Plan and maintain servers, storage, cloud, virtualization, and network infrastructure
• Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless networks, firewalls, and network security
• Monitor system and network performance and resolve technical issues
• Ensure data security, availability, compliance, and proper IT policies
• Coordinate with business departments to align IT solutions with business needs
• Manage cloud resources, costs, and service-level agreements
• Handle client concerns, escalations, and service requests
• Manage vendors, contracts, and service agreements
• Prepare and manage the IT department budget
