Job summary

Getdialedin seeks an IT Manager in Cebu City to lead and evolve the company\'s information technology infrastructure, systems, and services. Qualifications

• H hands-on management of IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and enterprise apps.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux servers and AD identity management.
• Experience with VMware/Hyper-V virtualization and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Proven ability to plan, implement, and optimize IT security and DR/BCP programs.
• Leadership of IT teams and coordination with business units on tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT staff including system admins and network engineers.
• Plan and govern infrastructure, security, and cloud initiatives.
• Oversee network design, firewall policies, and VPN access.
• Drive IT projects from conception through deployment and support.
• Ensure data protection, backup, and disaster recovery readiness.
