Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensure timely resolution of issues, and support a high-performing IT team.

The role focuses on maintaining IT infrastructure, coordinating upgrades, and ensuring security and compliance across Microsoft 365, AD, cloud platforms, networks, and endpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, infrastructure management, or a related IT function.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising, leading, or managing an IT support team.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cloud platforms, endpoint management, and IT service management tools.
• Excellent English communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues per SLAs.
• Lead and develop the IT support team, assign workloads, coach, and monitor performance.
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure including servers, networks, Microsoft 365, AD, cloud platforms, endpoints, and security.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to implement tech solutions and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset records, licenses, and reports while ensuring policy and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and ensure the timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and system issues in line with established service levels.
• Lead and develop the IT support team by assigning workloads, providing coaching and guidance, monitoring performance, and promoting a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud platforms, endpoint devices, and security systems to ensure system reliability and business continuity.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions, coordinate system upgrades, and enhance IT processes and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset records, software licenses, and technical reports while ensuring compliance with company policies, security requirements, and industry best practices.
