You will bridge communication between technical experts and stakeholders, document requirements with offshore teams, and provide interpretation during meetings to facilitate smooth collaboration.

This onsite, dayshift role is based in Cebu IT Park, requiring JLPT N1/N2 level and strong

Qualifications

• With at least 3 years of experience relevant to the role.
• With N1/N2 JLPT level or higher.
• Knowledgeable with software engineering terminologies.
• Daily onsite work in Cebu IT Park, dayshift.
• Adaptable to support different project translation needs.

Responsabilités

• Translate technical documents and requirements accurately between Japanese and English.
• Act as a bridge between technical experts and stakeholders, translating complex information for target audiences.
• Support requirement management by documenting, clarifying, and tracking software requirements with offshore team and customer.
• Provide interpretation and translation support during meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive project information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align documentation with project goals and updates as software evolves.
• Utilize Monday.com and document management systems to track documentation status and changes efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• AS Japanese Technical Communicator / Translator

  • Translate technical documents and requirements accuratelybetween Japanese and English, ensuring the correct use of software engineering terminology and industry-specific jargon.

  • Act as a bridge between technical experts and stakeholders, translating complex technical information into understandable language tailored to the target audience, including non-technical users.

  • Support requirement managementby documenting, clarifying, and tracking software requirements in collaboration with offshore team and the customer

  • Provide interpretation and translation support during meetings, presentations, and negotiationsto facilitate smooth communication between Japanese and English-speaking teams.

  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalismwhen handling sensitive project information.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto align documentation with project goals and update materials as software evolves.

  Utilize tools such as Monday.com and document management systemsto track documentation status and changes efficiently.

Job Qualifications:
