Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks an ITO Manager to oversee planning, implementation, security, governance, and operational management of the bank’s IT infrastructure and technology solutions. You will ensure reliable service delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of IT operations in support of business objectives.

You will lead infrastructure operations, service delivery and incident management, manage budgets and vendors, and enforce IT policies and controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of management experience in IT or infrastructure operations.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure operations, service delivery, change management, and delivery lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in COBOL, CICS, Java, VB, and SQL.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure operations to ensure availability and capacity.
• Lead service delivery, incident management, and problem resolution to meet RTOs.
• Manage infrastructure-related changes with testing and minimal disruption.
• Oversee budgets, vendor performance, and third-party service providers.
• Ensure IT policy compliance, risk management, and governance controls.
