Job summary

AIA Philippines seeks an experienced IT Operations Leader to oversee service delivery, incident management, and batch operations within the AIA Digital+ Technology Hub. You will mentor teams, ensure proactive monitoring, and drive improvements to minimize downtime and align IT with business priorities.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in IT operations, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity, with a Bachelor’s in IT and relevant ITIL/CompTIA certifications as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor diverse IT operations teams including 1st Level Technical Support, IT Service Desk, Incident Management, Network Operations, System Monitoring, and Batch Operations.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize downtime through Incident and Service Management.
• Supervise system and network monitoring to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Manage batch operations to ensure job scheduling, execution, and troubleshooting are performed efficiently.
• Identify areas for improvement within command centre operations and implement initiatives to enhance effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment on objectives.
• Contribute to development of strategic IT initiatives aligning with organizational goals and advocate for technologies to improve service delivery.
