Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 4 years of management experience in information technology, infrastructure operations, or a related technology role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure operations, service delivery management, change management, and solution delivery lifecycle processes
• Technical proficiency in infrastructure technologies, databases, and programming platforms such as COBOL, CICS, Java, VB, and SQL
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams and stakeholders effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure operations, including network, storage, server, and platform environments, to ensure availability, reliability, and capacity requirements are met
• Lead service delivery, incident management, and problem resolution activities to achieve service level targets and recovery time objectives (RTOs)
• Oversee infrastructure-related changes to ensure compliance with standards, adequate testing, and minimal service disruption during implementation
• Manage IT infrastructure budgets, vendor performance, and third‑party service providers to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to contractual commitments
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, risk management requirements, and regulatory guidelines through effective governance and operational controls
