Job summary

You will administer Windows and Linux servers, DNS, DHCP, and email systems, and provide technical support across the organization. The position requires strong cybersecurity practices, disaster recovery, asset management, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows and Linux servers.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, and switches.
• Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and email systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime.
• Implement cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security updates.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and software licenses.
• Install and configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Document IT processes, configurations, and support activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and technical support.
• Train employees on IT policies, security awareness, and new technologies.
