Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to maintain and support the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable day-to-day operation of technology services.

You will install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud services, perform maintenance and backups, manage security, disaster recovery, and document assets while coordinating with vendors and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-4 years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux environments, hardware, and cloud technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure.
• Support servers, network devices, endpoints, and cloud services.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and availability.
• Perform system maintenance, patching, backups, and updates.
• Resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Assist with infrastructure projects and deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation and asset information.
